Douglas is the founder of  The Next Wave Initiative: a developmental branch of The Directors Company, committed to amplifying future Black voices in The American Theatre.

Teaching

Douglas teaches a "Theater Confidence Class" both in person and virtually; empowering actors to focus on their fullness, not only their performance.
